Concerns of legislation on single dispensing errors addressed
APTUK have welcomed the opportunity to work with other stakeholders towards the decriminalisation of single dispensing errors.
APTUK have been involved in the discussions leading to this announcement. To this end APTUK support the statement generated by the MHRA and this is published for the benefit of our members.
