This CPD module is about identifying compelling outcomes to facilitate change. It will consider the benefits of focusing on positive outcomes, how they can be achieved and the benefits they will bring.

  • Appreciate the need for positive outcomes for your pharmacy team
  • Examine an approach to develop compelling outcomes
  • Align the approach to your personal and business spheres.
