Alcohol misuse: part four

This module is the fourth in our CPPE series
looking at the role of the pharmacy team in supporting people with alcohol problems. It will look at setting up an alcohol identification and brief advice service in community pharmacy.

Learning objectives:

• Be aware of the basic requirements for setting up an alcohol IBA service
• Have a sound understanding of the risks of alcohol misuse and the role pharmacy can play in helping people to reduce their alcohol consumption.
