APTUK - Business Activity

Following the government’s announcements to move the UK to the ‘delay’ phase, in response to the Covid-19 outbreak, the Board of Director’s have made the following decision: 

The Board and Professional Committee for APTUK are all volunteers with paid roles within healthcare provision. At this time it is our priority, as it will be for the most of our members, to support pharmacy services and patients. To ensure this is our priority the Board and Professional Committee will step away from APTUK business activities with immediate effect.  

This will be reviewed at the end of the ‘delay-phase’ period and following government advice.  

We will keep members updated as to our planned return to APTUK activity.

We encourage members to update themselves regularly using the NHS, Public Health and government websites as APTUK will not be providing a signposting function during this period.

We do appreciate your support and understanding during these unprecedented times for us all and apologies for any inconvenience caused.
