Training Matters’ Recognition of Excellence Awards are back for 2020!

 

The Recognition of Excellence (RoE) Awards is the only national awards exclusively for community pharmacy support staff. It acknowledges and rewards the excellent and often unsung work of medicines counter assistants, dispensing assistants, pharmacy technicians and other members of the community pharmacy support team.

 Do you go above and beyond the call of duty to support your customers, pharmacy and community?

• Are you proud of your OTC product knowledge?
• Do you keep up to date with the latest training initiatives in the magazines and online?
• Are you the one that customers always ask to talk to?
• Is it you that always implements the latest planograms, ensures the point of sale is up to date and the windows are looking their best?
• Do you make the best use of technological solutions for the benefit of customers?

If the answer to any of these questions is yes, then we want to hear from you for the Recognition of Excellence Awards 2020! There are 11 categories to choose from and you can enter yourself or nominate a colleague for as many categories as you wish. You can find a flyer here. 

Finalists will be invited to enjoy an all-expenses-paid champagne reception, three-course lunch and awards ceremony at the spectacular 8 Northumberland Avenue in London on 30 June. And with fantastic prizes up for grabs, make sure to enter via the TM website before the 10 March 2020 to not miss out.
