Webinar - Pharmacy Technician Contribution and Experience in the NHS Nightingale 

Wednesday 29th July 2020 7-8pm

The APTUK are delighted to announce a webinar for members on Wednesday 29th July 2020 7-8pm on the Pharmacy Technician contribution and experience in NHS Nightingale. 

The session will be delivered by Muhitar Rahan a Pharmacy Technician who qualified at Guys and St Thomas' under Tess Fenn in 2011. Muhitar then moved into procurement operations and was made Chief Technician in 2017. With experience working for the Department of Health and AAH Muhitar is now working for the NHS London Nightingale during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

The host for the webinar will be Emily Wardle. Emily is the Director of Communications for APTUK and has been a registered pharmacy professional now for 12 years. Emily is currently a Specialist Pharmacy Technician at Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust and is managing foundation practice within the Workforce Development Team. Emily is lucky enough to have finished a year’s secondment with HEE North as a Clinical Leadership Fellow through the future leaders programme and has been part of the set up team at NHS Nightingale Yorkshire and the Humber.

The webinar will be an interactive event exploring the experience and contributions made by Pharmacy Technicians as well as plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
