NHS England commissioned the Institute for Employment Studies to conduct a study of the wellbeing of the primary care workforce over a period of three years.
This short survey is the sixth and final in a series of surveys, and will ask staff to reflect on their personal wellbeing as well as the functioning of their team and their experiences of working in their role.
Please complete this survey and share with teams – it’s important that NHS England receive a wide and varied dataset to continue to develop wellbeing interventions and support for the workforce.
They are particularly keen to improve the understanding of the experience of people with protected characteristics and from underrepresented groups.
