Trans and gender diverse people can experience significant barriers when accessing healthcare, including lack of understanding, inconsistent practice, and discrimination. Pharmacy technicians have an important role to play in providing respectful, inclusive, and person centred care. This page brings together resources to support pharmacy technicians in understanding trans‑inclusive healthcare, improving confidence in using inclusive language, and recognising how to create safer healthcare environments for trans and non‑binary patients.
