APTUK Sussex Branch is delighted to extend a warm invitation to pharmacy technicians from all sectors to join our meetings and events. We aim to create networking opportunities for pharmacy technicians in Sussex and beyond, encouraging professional relationships and facilitating mutual professional development.
Our meetings are conducted in a friendly virtual environment via platforms like Zoom or MS Teams. Typically scheduled for Tuesday or Wednesday evenings (7pm-9pm), these gatherings offer a blend of learning opportunities, updates on branch news, and a chance to connect with fellow pharmacy technicians to seek and offer professional support. Once a year, we organise a less formal meeting, often featuring a fun quiz. Members are encouraged to bring along a drink for an enjoyable evening of laughter and networking.
We wholeheartedly encourage you to join us. Even non-members are welcome to attend one taster meeting so please invite your colleagues and show them the benefits of APTUK membership. If you’re interested in presenting a short educational session or sharing insights into your role as a pharmacy technician, we’d love to hear from you! We value the diversity of roles within our profession, and our members enjoy learning about different career options.
